  • unfamiliar with how to use kettlebells?
  • having trouble with consistency and accountability?
  • wanting a program that you can do indoors, outdoors, or even in the living room?
  • eager to improve your fitness but unsure of where to start?
  • ready to improve your mobility, flexibility, strength, balance, and core?
  • stuck without gym access and minimal space to work out at home?
  • in need of a program that's easy to follow?
  • looking for something that can get you fit and strong with minimal equipment and minimal time commitment?
  • looking for an exercise program that is both efficient and effective?

Many people have found themselves out of their normal routine this year, desperate for a place to workout and a program to follow, wondering when things will go back to normal. YouTube and Instagram workouts are fine for a while, but are simply that: random workouts, not a program targeting a specific goal.

There has to be a better way...

Maybe you are frustrated, short on time, or feeling stagnant, and wondering if there is a better way. If this is you, then you're in the right place.

You've heard it's fun...

You’ve heard that kettlebell training is fun, effective, and versatile, but don’t know how to perform most of the movements.
You’re intrigued and want to learn more, but unsure how or where to start.

What you need is to learn the basics of kettlebell use and develop a strong foundation for kettlebell training.

...a full cardio and resistance workout.

Training with kettlebells has been the most efficient use of my energy, time, and money. When done safely and with correct form and intensity, I can get a full cardio and resistance workout in a small amount of time. It leaves me the rest of the day to work full-time, care for my family, and even relax. It's hard, but the concentration it requires is meditative and very rewarding.

Navy Nurse

...I've never had a workout like this one.

The kettlebell keeps me honest the whole workout, really emphasizing quality over quantity, regardless of how tired I am.

I have some experience with kettlebells in general, but I've never had a workout like this one.

This is about getting strong and doing it right.

Your kettlebell swing tutorial is the best one I've seen thus far, and I've watched over ten different videos on how to do it. You give the most thorough explanation.

I had never followed an official fitness program before. This is different; it's about getting strong and doing it right!
