Are you ready to get started?
On average, each workout should take approximately 45-60 mins.
A Set of heavy bells (for carries, deadlifts, and heavy single bell work: two-handed swings, goblet squats)
- 20kg-24kg for females
- 28kg-32kg for males
A set of moderate weight bells (for single and double arm KB movements: cleans, swings, Turkish getups, snatches, etc.)
- 12kg-16kg for females
- 20kg-24kg for males
There are four workouts per week. Three are strength-focused, and one is core and conditioning-focused. For users looking to train 5x/week, there is an optional 5th day included as a bonus workout in the training plan.
Yes. This is an intermediate kettlebell program. Before starting this program, you should have experience and proficiency doing 1 and 2-handed fundamental kettlebell movements.
If you're looking for a beginner program, you can purchase our other program "Saved By The Bells" here.
The program will start the day you purchase it, but you can move workouts to different days as you see fit.
If you are currently experiencing any injuries or pain, it is recommended that you consult with a doctor or healthcare practitioner before beginning any exercise program.
