Who is this program for?
This program is for beginner-intermediate weightlifters looking to improve their weightlifting mechanics and strength in order to build more confidence under the barbell.
Is this program beneficial for Crossfit?
Absolutely! The snatch and clean & jerk are staple movements of crossfit. This program will help you do them properly.
Are weightlifting shoes required?
No. But they are recommended.
What if I can already do a snatch and clean & jerk?
There is always room to improve hip contact and strengthen positions. This program can help everyone. Trust the process.
Can I move the training days around to fit my schedule?
Yes, just make sure you’re rested enough to benefit from each session.
How many workouts are scheduled per week?
There are 4 workouts scheduled per week.
How long do the workouts take?
Workouts will take approximately 60 minutes.
What equipment do I need?
Required equipment: barbell, bumper plates, dumbbells, bench, squat rack. Optional equipment: Swiss ball, bands, pull-up bar.
How long will I have access to the program?
If you purchase the program standalone, you’ll be able to access it within the app for 8 months from the date of purchase (double the length of the program itself). If you’re a Semper Stronger member, you’ll have access for the duration of your membership.
