FAQ

This program was designed with the outdoor enthusiast and/or tactical athlete in mind: anyone who loves hiking, rucking, hunting, camping, rock climbing, mountaineering, fishing, etc., in addition to our military and first responder populations. 

There are gradual progressions (reps) from week-to-week, and progressions in exercise selection (strength workouts) and time/distance (cardiovascular workouts) every 3 weeks. 
 
Yes, scheduled workouts can be moved around in the calendar by simply clicking and dragging to the day of your choosing. 
 

Each week consists of 3 strength workouts, one high-intensity conditioning workout, and two low-intensity cardiovascular workouts (zone 2 cardio and rucking), plus one complete rest day. 

Strength workouts will take 45-60 minutes. Conditioning workouts will take approximately 30 minutes. Low intensity cardio days will take between 30-75 minutes, depending on your pacing and where you are in the program. 

To complete Stay Ready as programmed, you will need a barbell and plates, kettlebells, dumbbells, a sandbag, a pull-up bar, a box or bench, and a rucksack or weighted vest.

 If you purchase the program standalone, you’ll be able to access it within the app for 4 months from the date of purchase. If you’re a Semper Stronger member, you’ll have access for the duration of your membership.
