Testimonials
“A full cardio and resistance workout.
Training with kettlebells has been the most efficient use of my energy, time, and money. When done safely and with correct form and intensity, I can get a full cardio and resistance workout in a small amount of time. It leaves me the rest of the day to work full-time, care for my family, and even relax. It’s hard, but the concentration it requires is meditative and very rewarding.”

“I’ve never had a workout like this one.
The kettlebell keeps me honest the whole workout, really emphasizing quality over quantity, regardless of how tired I am.
I have some experience with kettlebells in general, but I’ve never had a workout like this one. “

“This is about getting strong and doing it right.
Your kettlebell swing tutorial is the best one I’ve seen thus far, and I’ve watched over ten different videos on how to do it. You give the most thorough explanation.
I had never followed an official fitness program before. This is different; it’s about getting strong and doing it right! “
