This Program Includes

6-Week Program
This program is professionally designed and tested by Coaches Rebecca & Joel. The strength workouts are between 60-75 minutes, and conditioning workouts are around 30 minutes. They are designed to help you master the kettlebell movements, get stronger, build muscle, lose body fat, and move better.
Video demonstrations
Gain exclusive access to our videos. We'll demonstrate each exercise, so you don't have to search elsewhere. We utilize proper form on all movements to ensure you get the most out of each exercise.
Suggested modifications for exercises
Every exercise can be swapped out with more difficult exercises (progressions) or easier exercises (regressions). With these modifications, the program is scalable for most fitness and experience levels.

How long do the workouts take?

On average, each workout should take approximately 30-45 mins.

What equipment do I need?

You will need two (2) different sized kettlebells - one smaller and one larger.

-The recommended bell sizes for men: 12-16 kg (18-26 lbs) as the lighter bell, and 20-24 kg (35-44 lbs) as the heavier bell.

-The recommended bell sizes for women: 8-12 kg (18-26 lbs) as the lighter bell, and 16-20 kg (35-44 lbs) for the heavier bell.

How many workouts are scheduled per week?

There are four workouts per week. Three are strength-focused and one is conditioning-focused.

Can I start anytime, or do I have to start on a specific day?

You can set the program to start on the day of your choice.

What if I have an injury or limitation?

If you are currently experiencing any injuries or pain, it is recommended that you consult with a doctor or healthcare practitioner before beginning any exercise program.

Will I lose access to the program after the six weeks are up?

You will have access to the program for 3 months after the date of purchase.
